Custom Parameters
Grid Frame Thickness: Frames of 100, 200, 300 and 400 microns thick are available.
Window Geometry: Variable number, placement, size and shape of windows are possible within certain limits.
Window or Film Composition: Pure Silicon (amorphous or nanocrystalline), Silicon Oxide or Silicon Nitride.
Non-Porous or Porous Windows: Nanocrystalline UltraSM silicon films are available without or with pores up to 50 nm in diameter. Oxide and nitride are currently available only in non-porous films.
Window or Film Thickness: Thickness can be varied from 5 to more than 50 nm.
